Quinn is a confident compelling litigatior who is comfortable in assisting the client in simple or complex litigation.  Quinn has tried cases in the Superior Court successfully and is currently preparing to attend at the Ontario Court of Appeal to defend a victory.

Jenn deals with all aspects of this area of the law.  She works extensively in the area of Children's Law and has a client focused approach which has won her the respect and trust those who she assists in navigating this often emotional road.  Combined with her formidable litigation skills, Jenn is comfortable in any situation posed by this dynamic area of the law.

Elli too deals with every issue posed in family law situations.  He excells in dealing with sophisitcated matrimonial estates.  Elli brings a background in banking and finance to his practice.  His ability to understand and compellingly convey complex information has garnered him a reputation as an effective litigator.

Dealing with the various boards and tribunals relating to property and labour law, this area of law is serviced by Quinn Ross.  A long firm history established by Paul and Heather Ross at the Ontario Municipal Board and Labour Relations Board provide a sound background in the fundamentals of board and tribunal work.

Quinn has appeared before the Landlord and Tennant Board, Federal Labour Relations Board as well as the Ontario Energy Board.  Most recently Quinn is dealing with a large electricity transmission project involving hundreds of millions of dollars.  In the near future Quinn will be before the Ontario Municipal Board securing compensation for property owners subject to statutory expropriation proceedings.
