Quinn Ross is a lawyer at The Ross Firm. Quinn practices in the areas of real estate, corporate/commercial law and estate law. He also has broad experience in administrative and civil litigation where he has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court of Ontario and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. In relation to his administrative law practice, Quinn has appeared before various administrative tribunals including the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Ontario Energy Board, the Federal Labour Relations Tribunal, and the Ontario Municipal Board. Quinn has a particular interest in corporate structure, financing and ownership transfer. He also places special importance on power generation and transmission issues, including expropriation by power authorities and the development of wind and solar farms in Southwestern Ontario. For example, Quinn represents over forty affected properties and some 80+ landowners subject to expropriation by Hydro One for its Bruce Nuclear to Milton 500 kV transmission corridor.

Quinn joined the firm as an articling student in 2004, and joined the firm as a lawyer in 2005. Quinn won several awards while at law school.

Quinn sits on the Board of Directors for the Ontario Bar Association and the Alzheimer’s Society – Huron County. Quinn is past Chair of the Huron Perth Community Legal Clinic.
